The Graceful Lady accepts exchanges within 14 days of purchase for ONLINE Store Credit ONLY. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be in new condition, meaning items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging if it comes in packaging other than the box, bag, or envelope it was shipped in. If items have make-up, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be given exchange credit and items will be sent back to you for a $10.00 return fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges based on the condition of the items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
