Shipping Policy

Shipping: 

• Shipping costs vary by weight and are calculated upon your purchase, however we offer FREE shipping on orders over $150!

• U.S. SHIPPING: All orders can be shipped or will have the option for local pick up in store. Items will ship within 2-4 business days (excludes weekends and Holidays). First order will be calculated and charged depending on the weight of the item. Any order that is $150+ will be awarded FREE SHIPPING all day, everyday. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

• GRACE + COMPANY is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS. 

• Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. 

•  GRACE + COMPANY cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.  GRACE + COMPANY will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process.  Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.
